The Suretek Data Centre (SDC) is a unique, grade A1, non-commercial, communications exchange and network management facility.  The SDC provides redundancy and co-location solutions for Suretek clients using Surepoll, Surecall One3, SG2 and Intelipath products.  The SDC also provides network management and testing for all Suretek software, hardware and telecommunication services.

With an SG2 your monitoring centre can gain access to the 24/7 manned SDC, with dedicated management software and redundancy services.  Our system can continually monitor the status of subscribing monitoring centres and detect if their computer systems and/or operators are available and active.  If our system determines that a location is 'off-line', it will automatically try multiple alternative data routing paths to re-establish the connection to the same or other predetermined location.  These include alternative monitoring centres and backup sites or alternative backup systems within the original monitoring centre.  If those avenues fail, our data centre can take over the alarm monitoring processes and notify the appropriate contacts.
