Suretek Infrastructure

The building

The main building consists of 15 offices, 2 storage rooms, a generator room, a boardroom, a training room, 2 Comms rooms and a non-commercial data centre.  It also includes staff quarters, warehouse and a museum for all things security.

Fridays are usually meeting days at Suretek

With more than half the control rooms in Australia and many overseas relying on our services it is important that our staff are up to date on new features for our software, hardware and communication services to continue to provide the level of service you have become accustomed to.  Your ideas on software and other services are tabled at these meetings where the possibilities are openly discussed.  When you make a suggestion, we don't just say thanks for the idea and forget it; your input does end up on our boardroom table.  If you have an idea or suggestion please click here and we will get your ideas in motion.

Training Room

At Suretek we can provide full CAMS Training either in house at our training facilities at no charge or at your premises for a fee.  Our in house training facility has the look and feel of a real control room that gets the student into the mood.  Our training facility is at the end of our boardroom where we give an overall presentation of CAMS before moving into the training room where you get hands on training in a virtual environment.

Offices

Suretek has a total of 15 offices, with 3 more under construction.  All Suretek staff have their own offices, which makes for a better work environment and improves customer service and satisfaction.

The Suretek Data Centre

With construction almost complete, The Suretek Data Centre is fast becoming Australia’s biggest and most secure non-commercial monitoring facility.  The Suretek Data Centre was built specifically for Suretek clientele, for use as an exclusive co-location and back-up centre for all communication and transmission when failure occurs. The Suretek Data Centre is not only a co-location facility but also a testing hub for all future monitoring technology and the development of new solutions.  Suretek are proud to be the only company in Australia to offer such a first grade service to their customers.

Comms room

Our main Comms room contains over $800,000 worth of software and hardware infrastructure and is manned by Microsoft IT and Cisco certified professionals.  Now you know why you want Suretek on your side in a case of Control Room failure.

Staff quarters

Our staff quarters are still under construction.  Please check back shortly to see its development.

Generator room

The Generator room is built with 150mm thick, rendered concrete walls for noise reduction purposes. The generator itself is encased in a silence housing and cuts in automatically in the event of power failure and has inbuilt fuel storage capable of running for 36 hours before refueling.

Warehouse

The Warehouse is Suretek’s storage facility for all things product and paraphernalia.  From Product brochures to museum pieces this is where we keep it.

The museum

As an added extra and a tribute to Suretek’s eye for detail we have established a Security museum on the premises for all visitors to enjoy.  We have on display a range of historical pieces dating back through the years that show the advancement of the Security and Telecommunications industries as well as some historical fire related pieces including fire alarms and our feature piece the grand fire alarm speaker.  Some of our pieces date back to the late 1800's.
